It is made from the calyx of the hibiscus roselle plant, which is steeped in water for hours or days. Traditionally, red label wine, sugar, and spices are added, but Hibiscus Brew sorrel is non-alcoholic and lightly sweetened with agave. Our sorrel is a vibrant red, full-bodied beverage with a floral note and a citrusy bite. We offer our sorrel in 750ml bottles at Hibiscus Brew.
